Accident report
Students at Berlin universities are covered by statutory accident insurance through
Accidents that occur in connection with attending the university (this also includes travelling to and from the university) and result in medical treatment must be reported immediately by the university to Unfallkasse Berlin.
In order to ensure prompt reporting to the accident insurance fund, we are dependent on the co-operation of students who have had an accident.
As soon as you have had an accident in connection with your university visit, please contact the Servicepoint. For our report, we need information about you, the cause and location of the accident, the injured body parts, any witnesses and the practice/clinic where you were first treated.
Complaints
An open and positive learning and working atmosphere is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a service in everyday student life or if you feel that a situation has not been dealt with appropriately, there are various ways of expressing your complaints or constructive criticism.
You can go directly to the responsible contact person, such as the representatives. There is also a complaints mailbox where you can submit your concerns anonymously.
You can also send an e-mail to the administration to report your complaint in a convenient and uncomplicated way. It is important to us that you feel safe and in good hands. We take your comments seriously and look for satisfactory solutions.
Your feedback is valuable, as this is the only way we can continuously improve the quality of our services and take your needs into account.
